Products

All products are made to order. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the printed product depending on your display. Product mockups are for illustration.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout, including any shipping costs. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Returns

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, text and graphics on this store belong to Low Ping Club and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Low Ping Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or store. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
