Returns & Refunds

Every Low Ping Club item is printed on demand, just for you. Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us within 30 days of delivery at ikhaledgader33@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. No need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or the package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will help file a claim and reship or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go into production. Email us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, or your order is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the item is already being printed and can't be cancelled.
